Busy day for Riverside East Rotary! Today District Governor Elect Richard Lemire led the incoming presidents and members of Rotary District 5330 in the District Training Assembly. He set the stage for a year of celebrating our rich history in the district while continuing to look forward and celebrate innovation and change.
While some Riverside East Rotarians were learning and planning for the next year, other Rotarians were helping out at the Riverside Art Market. This annual event is put on by the Riverside Art Alliance and helps to support artists in the region.

Riverside East Rotary was honored to welcome Dr. Jason Jones as our guest speaker today. Dr. Jones serves as Director II of Student Support Services within the Division of Leadership, Wellness, and Student Services at the Riverside County Office of Education. He shared valuable insights on the important work being done to support students across our community, and we are grateful for his dedication to the well-being and success of our local youth.
Also pictured is member Matt Barth, proudly modeling the new “Rotary at Work” vest.
Thank you, Dr. Jones, for taking the time to visit with us and for all that you do for Riverside County students!

In what has become a fun new tradition for Riverside East Rotary, we once again helped out at the Citrus Festival at CA Citrus State Historic Park. The club purchased and donated two kegs of beer from Carbon Nation Brewing in Riverside and showed up in force — working both a morning and afternoon shift to help make the day a success.
Pictured are Gary Christmas, Ken Gutierrez, Chris Gray and Matt Goatcher. Also present were Tom Evans, Francis Reyes, Kathy Christmas, Susan Freeman, Mike Futrell, Christopher Cox and possibly more than I missed! Thank you to everyone that was able to attend!
