At our recent Riverside East Rotary meeting, we were pleased to welcome Rich Vandenberg, Broker with Guild Mortgage and dedicated community volunteer. Rich shared a valuable update on the current housing market and gave an insightful presentation that helped us better understand the trends impacting homebuyers and our local economy.
We’re grateful for community-minded professionals like Rich who take the time to engage, inform, and serve. Thanks for joining us, Rich!

Today we were honored to hear from our very own Richard Lemire, who shared his journey toward becoming District Governor for Rotary District 5330.
Richard spoke about what it takes to step into this leadership role, his plans for the upcoming year, and the broader mission and structure of our district. It was a great opportunity to gain insight into the work happening beyond our club and the impact Rotary continues to have at a district level.
We also enjoyed a rendition of God Bless America on the trumpet by Dave, and Dennis shared his story about exchanging club banners with a Rotary club in India.
